link in bio for a wedding

28 Oct 2026 · 1 min read

A link in bio for a wedding holds the date, the map, the dress note, and a message guests can leave. It is not an RSVP system.

One card for every guest

A link in bio for a wedding is the page you put on the invitation and in the couple's Instagram bio. Guests need the date, the place, how to get there, and what to wear. They do not need a second website.

Put the date and the city in the bio line. Put Map, Schedule, Stay, and Registry as buttons. Registry is an https link to the list you already made.

A note is not an RSVP

A contact block can say 'Tell us you are coming.' The message is saved for you to read. The page does not count meals, does not email a confirmation, and does not mark a guest as attending.

If you need a real RSVP tool, link to it. Use this page as the front door.

Print a QR code, not a long URL

On paper, a QR code is easier than typing a name. Point it at the published page. Test it before the cards go to print.

Schedule the page if you want the schedule button to appear only after the invitations are out, and the page to close after the week of the wedding.

Photos after the day

A gallery can hold photos you upload. It does not pull a camera roll from a guest's phone. A shared album you already use can be a button.

Change the first button after the ceremony, from Map to Photos, and publish. The invitation code still opens the page.

Questions

Can guests RSVP on the page?
They can leave a note. The note is saved in the studio. There is no guest list, no meal count, and no automatic reply.
Can I hide the page after the day?
Yes. A schedule can close the page when the window ends. Until you publish that schedule, the last public page stays up.
