Use the number in international form, without a leading zero. An India mobile number starts with 91.

The button is one link among the others. A shop can put Menu, Location, and WhatsApp on the same page. A creator can put the latest video above the chat.

The contact form is separate. A note typed into that form is saved in the studio. The page does not email it and does not forward it to WhatsApp.

This is not a booking system and not a payment link. If you need a person to pay, put the payment page you already use as an https link.
