TikTok link in bio requirements: a general account needs 1,000 followers, or the account is a verified business. Then the profile gets one website. Instagram does not use that follower rule.
The rule TikTok publishes
Tiktok link in bio requirements are short. TikTok’s help says you can add a website if you have 1,000 followers or more, or a registered business account. Tiktok link in bio under 1000 followers, on a general account, means the website field is not offered.

Business means verified
A verified business account is the path without the follower count. TikTok’s own verification is what they ask for. A label you change in settings, without that verification, does not add the website.
That process is TikTok’s, with TikTok’s documents. This page cannot submit it for you.
One URL after you qualify
Profile, Edit profile, Add next to Links, then the website. Paste one https address. The page behind it holds the video, the shop, and the chat.

Check the account you think you are editing
A second account under 1,000 followers will not show the field, even if your main account can. Read the username before you decide the feature is broken.
